The Loving with Wisdom Retreat (and book-coming Spring 2023!) was born out of Debbie delaCuesta’s personal experiences of healing, recovery and eventual awakening to loving with wisdom. Journeying through her family’s descent into the darkness of addiction and loss, she discovered the powerful teachings of willingness, surrender and recovered love. This conscious choice to release the grip of fear and control, instead, turning toward the mystery of life revealed a sense of peace and freedom she could have never imagined.  

Loving with Wisdom is her shared invitation into ways of living and loving from a wholehearted sense of yourself and life.

Early 2022, Debbie had the experience of co-creating the Time to Fly Retreat with 3 other brilliant leaders Eileen, Melissa and Veronika. Their collaboration curated what was the awesome “Time To Fly” Retreat - a powerful experience nestled in the peaceful, inspiring beach jungles of Costa Rica. Naturally it only made sense to create a similar but brand new adventure. Which brings us here!

LWW will walk participants through exploring the teachings of cultural narcissism, over-care, co-dependency, and more. Various methods & practices inspired by polyvagal theory, yoga, somatic embodiment..etc will be used throughout the experience. Loving With Wisdom will ultimately provide opportunities for participants to discover and own personal integrity in their relationships, leading to extraordinary freedom.
